I used to think the people showing up online just had more confidence than me. More time. Some version of themselves they'd already figured out that I hadn't gotten to yet.
So I kept waiting for that version to show up.
What I eventually figured out, after watching it happen with person after person, is that confidence doesn't come first. It comes after the third video. After someone you've never met leaves a comment that says "this is exactly what I needed to hear." After you watch yourself back and think... okay, that was actually me.
"The problem was never confidence. It was that nobody ever handed you the exact words to say, a room full of people doing the same thing on the same day, and a reason to hit publish bigger than the fear of being seen."
That's what this challenge was built to fix. And the reason it works is because you're not doing it alone.
